Procedures for Online Reservations
Register as a member.
You will receive an email with instructions for your reservation.
A reservation fee of 15 to 30 per cent of the total estimated cost will be needed by bank transfer (with full cost of the transfer against your account).
At Home in Lisbon should receive the bank transfer details (fax or scanned email) no later than 48 hours after booking. The balance will be paid in cash upon arrival.
In the future, you will also be able to pay using paypal.com.
Upon arrival, At Home in Lisbon will ask you to leave your credit card details to be used as a damage deposit or in case of cancellation less than 5 days before your arrival.
Cancellation Policy
In the case of cancellations with 30 days advance notice, At Home in Lisbon will refund 100 per cent of the reservation advance, less the transfer costs a cancellation implies.
Number of Occupants
Because of their differing sizes, each flat has a pre-determined number of beds available. Kindly be clear as to your occupancy requirements so that At Home in Lisbon can choose the flat most suitable to your needs. Infants under two can be included as free additions to your basic occupancy requirements.
Basic Rental Care and Ethics
At Home in Lisbon depends on you, our client, as much for the well being and enjoyment of other clients as for the rapid availability of flats in the future.
- Please leave the flat in the same condition as you found it
- Breakages and other damage must be supported by the client
- All linen will be replaced as needed during your stay
- Portugal believes strongly in the community. Kindly respect your neighbours' needs for peace and quiet
General Information
- Maximum withdrawals in Portuguese ATM machines are limited to €200.
- Check-in after 4 PM
- Check-out up to 11 AM
- Your indicated contact person should be informed 3 days in advance of your travel details so that you can be met on arrival and escorted to your flat
- An ”after hours” fee of €30 will be applicable for check-in between 10 pm and 8 am
- For your own enjoyment, please advise us if you are planning on bringing a pet, or of any other requirement such as extra quiet neighbours, etc.
