Rato
The Largo do Rato was born as a crossroads
of traffic coming from various points of lisbon.
Today, the Rato plaza leads to all the
important places in Lisbon. You can hop on the metro or take one of the buses to
any destination of your choice, or you can walk to many places of interest,
namely the Estrela neighborhood and its Basilica or the popular mall of
Amoreiras , or to the Portuguese parliament. The Principe Real and the trendy
Bairro Alto is a 10min walk. In the jardim das Amoreiras, behind the Largo do
Rato is the Museum Arpad Szenes and the museum of water.
